Simms & Associates Certified Deposition Reporters are licensed and certified by the State of Arizona. Keeping up with technology in our industry is paramount, and all of our reporters continue their education to provide the most state-of-the-art products and services available. We have a staff of highly skilled reporters that specialize in diverse litigation support that's best suited to handle your specific needs. Our reporters with advanced certifications and skill-sets are able to produce rough-draft ASCIIs and/or realtime translation. We are also competent in working with varying foreign accents.
All exhibits are scanned and archived and, if requested, provided on a CD. All other electronic formats are also available for your transcript, including
e-tran.
Suzanne Simms is a native of Arizona and has been reporting since 1993. She is a parent-to-parent coach/advocate for Raising Special Kids, helping parents learn about their child's disabilities. In her free time, she is also an avid hiker up in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, fosters for German Shepherd Rescue and is training to become a certified Pilates instructor.
